The AVADE® Workplace Violence Prevention training programs are ideal for any organization dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace.  AVADE® training meets the OSHA federal guidelines for maintaining a Workplace Violence Prevention Training Program. AVADE® training involves scenario-based exercises, group interaction, discussion, lecture, and hands-on techniques. 

AVADE® training is modular based and is offered in several versions to meet the organization’s training needs.  AVADE® courses are offered in e-learning, 2hr intro courses, ½ day workshops, full-day workshops, and instructor training (train-the-trainer).

VTI offers basic and instructor courses for individual enrollment and on-site training group enrollment.  Courses are offered at our scheduled locations or can are available for presentation at your location (we come to you).
