VTI Associates was founded in 1998 to provide consulting services to corporations and the legal community.  

VTI Associates provides expert witness, security consulting, and training services. We specialize in consulting on security operations, staffing, and policy development.  Our security expert witness services include consulting expert and testifying expert services for attorneys involved in premises security and negligent security litigation. We address crime foreseeability, the standard of care, failure to protect, and staff training. We specialize in security operations, use of force, firearms and weapon use. Our hospitality focus is on hotel and lodging operations, alcohol service standards and nightclub/bar security operations.

Our training programs include arrest and detention, de-escalation and use-of-force.
